The Investment for a New Showroom & Territory
Personal Service Coffee is a franchised operation with construction costs of approximately $100,000 - $250,000 for a standard-size new store. To be financially pre-qualified, candidates must indicate that they have a minimum of 50% of the total in unencumbered funds.
Investment and Benefits of a Re-Franchised Showroom & Territory
This is the opportunity to obtain an established Personal Service Coffee location with an established revenue and customer base. Existing showrooms sell for a variety of reasons – retirement, divorce, illness, etc. Sales volume and profitability differ from store to store, so the investment required to purchase an operating Personal Service Coffee showroom can range from $30,000 to upwards of $200,000.
In addition to the purchase price, applicable fees including training cost are payable to Personal Service Coffee corporate. You can also expect to incur soft costs towards purchasing inventory, lease and utility deposits, transfer fees, opening advertising and legal fees.
Candidates must indicate that they have a minimum of 50% of the total investment available to them in unencumbered funds.
